Tourist sites in and around Hyderabad
Charminar, one of the landmarks of Hyderabad. Built by Muhammed Quli Qutb Shah in 1591, inside it contains the oldest mosque in Hyderabad, as well as a small shrine to Lakshmi outside. Caroline and fellow travelers from the tour bus at the Tombs of the Qutb Shahi Kings, near Golconda fort.
