Center offers instruction in reading and writing. Assistance includes:
independent, non credit work; a drop-in writing clinic; free mini-courses
with specific reading, writing, or test-taking skills; and free workshops

The OIR Teaching Center
- located in SW Broward Hall. It provides free tutoring and study
skills advisement. Tutoring is also offered in various subjects,
depending on the semester, in accounting, biology, mathematics, physics,
chemistry, statistics, engineering, calculus, physical science, and in
preparation for CLAST and for GRE examinations. This teaching
center also offers free tutoring in reading and test-taking skills.For
