Facilities: Behavioral Studies

Language processing can be investigated in various ways. The simplest is simply by having people complete questionnaires in which they rate or complete sentences. Another method is to present sentences fragment by fragment, and have subjects press a button when they have read a fragment. In this way, differences in processing difficulty between various types of sentences and texts can be measured.
