Junior Ami Howard applied for the University Scholars Program while she was still a freshman and participated as a scholar during her sophomore year. Even though she has only been at UF for two years, Ami has already become involved in a wide range of activities including the UF aviation club and the Arts in Medicine Program at Shands Hospital.
