Present: Mary Watt, Helene Blondeau, Alioune Sow (absent: Masangu Matondo, Avraham Balaban)
- The meeting started at 4:00
- The Committee discussed the draft job description and time line forwarded earlier to members. They decided on the content of the job description and decided that the new draft would be send to Committee for final comment at which time it would be sent to Carolyn Lebron for final approval.
- Helene Blondeau agreed to forward to the Committee chair the address of a linguistic list serve upon which to post the announcement.
- The Committee considered the draft timeline and agreed to work towards meeting the guidelines it sets out. The meeting adjourned at 4:45 pm.
