Purpose of Meeting
To narrow a list of possible candidates for the position of Director of the Rothman Center of Humanities and the Public Sphere.
Attendance
William Link (Chair), Stephanie Y. Evans, Vasu Narayanan, Ann Wehmeyer, David Leverenz, Jack Kugelmass, Robert D'Amico, James R. Mueller; Heather Bryson, Rothman Search Secretary
- The Chair opened the meeting at 3:30 p.m. and welcomed the Committee.
- The Committee discussed each candidate and agreed to create a shorter list of candidates to invite to campus.
- The Chair established a timetable for the upcoming visits and the committee discussed the expectations and the schedule regarding campus visits.
- By the close of the meeting, all present were in agreement and a tentative schedule was put into place.
