Tatem: American Scientist
Andrew Tatem, who holds a joint position with the Emerging Pathogens Institute and the Department of Geography, was quoted in the May-June issue of American Scientist about his research into how global air traffic patterns and climate might affect the travel of pathogens from one part of the world to another. The article was the result of a News Bureau news release.

CDF and Dzero jointly announced the discovery of the electroweak production of single top quarks and also larger exclusion regions for the mass of the Higgs boson.
